The Business Development Representative will work with IT Managers, CIOs, CFOs, Business Owners, and others from small and medium-size companies to help them solve their technology and IT Security needs. The incumbent will perform market and economic analysis, conduct business intelligence, design, and execute formal capture plans, support marketing efforts, and monitor market and competitor activity

Job Functions:
• Manage client expectations and deliverables
• Proven successful B2B MSP sales
• Meet Revenue Targets
• Meet weekly qualified new account appointments
• Self-motivated and achievement-oriented
• Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
• Create presentations to deliver to potential clients
• Cold calling to multiple potential clients and closing sales
• Organize and track leads and opportunities using CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development goals and activities
• Network, cold call and conduct in-person meetings with potential clients
• Monitors the Operation’s pipeline and establishes Business Development priorities
• Provides leadership, management, and oversight for business development metrics, such as Pipeline Growth, Proposals Submitted, and Opportunities Won.
• Works with executives to refine the overall strategic plan, develop a pipeline of opportunities that provide an opportunity to gain experience market share and revenue.
• Continuously monitor the market and competitors to develop and position our strengths/ competencies.
• Coordinates meetings with customers clients, and teammates to develop market insight

Candidates will need to have:
• Preferred experience in B2B Technology Sales (But open to all potential candidates)
• Proven track record as a strong prospector
• Strong network and referral-building skills
• Experience with prospect management and lead generation
• Possess a positive, energetic, outgoing, and friendly attitude
• Ability to successfully engage with Executives and Senior Managers
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly growing professional environment
• Technical aptitude
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Skills:
• Maintain the opportunity record in the corporate CRM tool and record all activities to promote transparency and business continuity
• Possesses broad market awareness, to include budgets, customer priorities, mission gaps, and market dynamics
• Proven success identifying and growing new business and developing both short-term and long-term strategic plans for growth
• Experience with leveraging the use of internal and external experts
